Annual Report from the National Strategy for a Resilient Public Health Supply Chain Product Standardization Task Force

The National Strategy for a Resilient Public Health Supply Chain (National Strategy), developed in response to Section 4 of Executive Order 14001 on a Sustainable Public Health Supply Chain, outlines national efforts to support preparedness and response to public health emergencies. It includes designing, building, and sustaining long-term capabilities within the United States to manufacture supplies that conform to appropriate standards in anticipation of future pandemics and biological threats.
A plan of action and milestones (POAM) was established to provide a clear pathway to meet the goals and objectives of launching a new product standardization task force described in the National Strategy.
